We have been established for over 40 years, in that time we have developed a relaxed but professional atmosphere for pet care, a new refurbished kennels where your dog will really feel at home. All our kennels are heated, generously sized and licensed for two or more dogs, so families do not have to be split up!

All kennels have outside runs and all are covered. It goes without saying that hygiene is of utmost importance and all kennels are thoroughly scrubbed each day and a cleaning routine is carried out with great attention to detail every day.

Our team of staff are encouraged and enjoy interacting with the dogs and animals during their stay so you are welcome to bring any toys in. Please note that during busy periods we cannot guarantee the return.

Kennel Cough (Dogs only)/Annual Booster (both Dogs & Cats)
Anywhere that dogs congregate it is possible for kennel cough (canine bronchitis) to be passed on. Kennels with a rapid turnover of guests can be particularly susceptible. We ask that all dogs are vaccinated against the, and any dogs coughing will not be allowed to board. Vaccinations are available at your veterinary surgery. Please note that the Kennel cough vaccine lasts for one year. If you are getting this done for the first time this needs to be done 7 days prior to arrival. We also require your pets booster to be up to date we will need to see your Veterinary card on arrival. If you do not have this we can call your vet for confirmation.

Exercise
We are with your dog from 9:00am when we clean their kennel and let them out into the exercise yards, until 5:00pm when they are taken in for bed. Please also note that all animals are checked in the evening. A vital point at Whitehouse is that Whitehouse is manned 24/7 with our on site head of kennels and CCTV in operation. Diet
At our kennels, after the first exercise, breakfast is served. We are happy to feed any diet; we have complete foods and tins and fresh chicken, fish and tripe. We are also happy to feed what you bring in. We also feed an afternoon meal, as well. Any medications or food additives are accurately administered at no extra fee.
We try our hardest to keep feeding requirements to what your pets have at home. If your pet has different feeding patterns please let us know.
